Is het mogelijk om rechtstreeks een bestelling te plaatsen?

Ja, u kunt rechtstreeks bij ons een bestelling plaatsen door ons een gedetailleerde e-mail te sturen met informatie over de specifieke producten, maat en volume op: tarun@clothinggermany.com

Waarom kan ik geen bestelling plaatsen?

We konden uw bestelling niet verwerken omdat verzending naar de opgegeven locatie in uw land momenteel niet mogelijk is. Dit is een tijdelijke beperking . HT Clothing werkt actief aan het uitbreiden van de bezorgopties naar alle landen. In de tussentijd kunt u nog steeds rechtstreeks bij ons bestellen via tarun@clothinggermany.com

Refund/Return Policy

Eligibility for A Refund/Return :-

We accept returns only in the event of a mistake made by HT Clothing. The specific cases in which a refund is possible are :-

1) A very high percentage of Grade B Items, we also request the customers to kindly note that clothes/shoes having minor imperfections are not considered as Grade 'B' Quality. Rather the definition of Grade 'B' is when there are large visible stains or holes.

2) When an incorrect product type or category is delivered from the one that was ordered.

Variation in Rating :-

Due to the shipping, clothes/shoes being handpicked and the nature of the products being sold, there is a 5% chance of variation in grade rating.

Procedure for Returns :-

We accept returns up-to 3 days after receipt of the order. The product/bundle must be in the same condition as when it was shipped and delivered to the customer. If the order qualifies for a return, which will be checked by our team, then a credit note is issued.

Clothing/Shoes Size & Styling Policy :-

As the products are being sold as a mixed bundle. Specific styles, size & brands cannot be guaranteed unless the product/bundle being sold specifies a brand, size or style in the description of the said product/bundle.
